What we collect

Contact details you provide through our forms (name, company, email, phone), information about the services you are interested in, and any details you choose to share in your message. When engaged as your accountants, we additionally collect the financial records necessary to perform our work.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide accountancy services, meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money-laundering checks), and, only with your consent, send occasional updates you have requested. We never sell personal data.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating our practice, and consent where you have given it (which you may withdraw at any time).

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to two years. Client records are retained for the periods required by tax law and our professional body, typically six years after the end of the engagement.
